The classic dining challenge of pairing fine wine and fine food has just gotten easier with the opening of Patricia Della, a new restaurant at Woodhall Wine Cellars in Parkton, Md. At Patricia Della you’ll find an eclectic mix of dishes ranging from regional Italian favorites to local Maryland fare—with an occasional New Orleans dish thrown in just to spice things up. Each and every dish offered at the restaurant showcases local produce and the organic meat and free range poultry of Springfield Farms. Woodhall’s extensive list of fine wines are, of course, an integral part of the Patricial Della experience.
